Hi, I’m Kari.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor.

I am trained in Restorative Justice Practices and work with St. Clair County Teen Court. I have been a military spouse for 19 years.

Helping individuals of all ages navigate stress and feeling overwhelmed is my calling.

About Me

I help overwhelmed individuals manage stress through mindfulness and incorporating nature into treatment.

I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed with life while balancing too many roles to list while navigating my own purpose and the needs of others. I also understand the struggle of being a military spouse while finding a sense of self. Sometimes all we want to do is breathe.

My goal is to support my client while they foster a self-compassionate relationship with themselves and meaningful, supportive relationships with others. Creating a foundation for better choices, growth and purpose.

My Bio
